Expression of Interest (EOI) for Empanelment of Training Agencies for Implementation of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 3.0-Centrally Sponsored & State Managed Component (PMKVY 3.0-CSSM) in the State of Andhra Pradesh
Eligibility Criteria:-
Category A: Private Training Agency/NGO’s/Cluster Associations/Product Specific Associations/ Other Training Institutions (This category eligible for apply ‘RPL Type 1’ and please refer section 3)
- Certificate of Incorporation/Registration for Legal Entity of India
- Copy of PAN & GST Registration for Income Tax Department
- Required more than 3 years’ experience in Skill with State or Center
- Required minimum 100 Candidate Training in RPL with State or Center
- Shall have Certified Trainer Certification from the respective SSC for proposing job role
- Minimum Turnover 5 lac for 3 Years
- Not have been blacklisted by any Government Agency
Category B: Private Industries (This category eligible for apply ‘RPL Type 2’ and please refer section 3)
Turnover for 3 years should be above more than 25 Lac

• FY 2019-20 – Audited
Category C: Central/State Govt. /Public Sector Unit Training Institutions in AP (This category eligible for apply ‘RPL Type 1’ and please refer section 3)

Other Key Features:-
- The bidder shall pay a non-refundable bid processing fee of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) in the form of demand draft Payable to ‘Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation’ payable at Vijayawada, drawn on any scheduled commercial bank along with the bid (hardcopy
- The bidder shall pay a refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 6,000 (Rupees Six Thousand only) online in eProcurement portal prior to uploading the proposal bid
- No Bidder shall submit more than one (1) bid, in response to this EOI • Sub-contracting is not allowed under this EOI
- The empanelment is valid for RPL training/orientation, PMKVY 3.0-CSSM is till 31st March 2022 from the date of publishing of this EOI document
- APSSDC will notify the successful Bidder by LOI/Email/.
- Implementation, monitoring, reporting, Payment Terms and Pay-out mechanism in the Programme shall be governed as per the RPL guidelines of PMKVY 3.0 - CSSM issued by MSDE
