Invitation
RSLDC now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible national agencies and business houses, industry bodies. Registered Society/Trust/Association, Government institutions/ Public Sector Units/Universities/Higher educational institutes including technical and professional institutes, colleges, private ITIs, polytechnics and other skill training provider institutions, with keen interest to operate, maintain and manage I M Shakti-Kaushal Samarthya Yojana at Rajasthan, and in imparting industry relevant skills. Interested agencies with required qualification and experience may submit their BOI applications as per the prescribed format attached under Annexures of this document, along with details and supporting documents as specified therein.

Objective of EoI
To boost employment and uplift the people of the state, the Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) has initiated I M Shakti-Kaushal Samarthya Yojana that is a short term livelihoods based skill training programme formulated with the aim to benefit Interested girls/women of Rajasthan having keen to start their own works/business/enterprise as an individual or in group by getting proper skill training. The main objective of this Eol is to:
1.To attract proposals from professional skill training provider to organize short term skill training programme and to empanel them as Training Provider.
2.Enhance an individual's employability to adapt to changing technologies and Inbour market demands.
3.Improve productivity and living standards of the people.
4.Create self-employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for all (girls, women)
Submission of Proposal
1.Interested agencies fulfilling eligibility conditions as mentioned above munt subenit their detailed proposal online as per timeline though the link available on RSLDC portal and agency must submit hardcopy (in spiral) for undertaking I M Shakti-Kaushal Samarthya Yojana in the State to the Managing Director Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) Head Office, Jaipur on or before 06/09/2021.
2.The proposals received after aforesaid date shall not be considered for this project of assignment. incomplete proposals with without processing fee payment within due time or in any respect shall be summarily rejected. Proposal must be submitted both hard (in RSLDC) and soft copy (online).
3.The portal accepting applications will be closed on 01/09/2021. All applicant organizations will be allowed to submit individual proposals independently during the proposal receipt window before the deadline. Any application that has been created/saved as a draft but not submined by an applicant on the portal will be considered as null and void. It is the duty of the applicants to verify whether the proposal has been submited or not. No proposal will be received or considered by RSLDC after the deadline for submission of proposals peracribed in this document in any form.
4.Proposals submitted in bed soft and Hardcopy will only be considered
5.The proposal should be submitted online through RSLDC portal, that would be accessible to applicant training providers as per the dates provided bellow:
