Director, Gramin Skill Development Mission (a unit of Gramin Shiksha Private Limited) - cum- CEO, GSDM invites proposals (Single Bid System) from Training Center for running Skill Development Center/s NSDC Fee-Based Model for specified Job Roles in the Pan India Kindly note that the selection of agencies under this RFP shall not guarantee allocation of work and
GSDM assumes no liability or cost towards it. GSDM makes no commitments, express or implied, that this process will result in a business transaction between anyone. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): NO EMD Fees Required for this RFP.
Document Fee and RFP Processing Fee: All Applicants have to pay a non-refundable Document Fee of Rs.15, 000/-(Rupees Five Thousands only) through e-payment mode (i.e. NEFT/RTGS/Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI) on Gramin Skill Portal.
The Proposal has to be submitted through online mode on https://www.graminskill.com and can be searched by clicking the Tab “Become an Training Center” on home page of above website and then going to Live RFP.

Eligibly criteria of Training Center:-
a) Already working in the field of education such as running a computer center institute, private ITI, schools, colleges, polytechnics, IELTS coaching centers and competitive coaching institutes.
b) Minimum Infrastructure: - One Class, One Laboratory and NSDC Branding Guidelines.
c) Carpet Area:- N/A
Mode of Assessment for Training Center under NSDC Fee Based Model:-
1) Third Party Assessment
2) Sector Skill Council
Please note that all Computer institute, Private Coaching Institute, IELTS Center, Schools, college and Private ITI can apply under in this RFP. The selected center/s will get approval within a period of 15 days from the date of apply as per RFP Guidelines and conditions of the portal and this RFP. Further all centers have to mandatorily get registered on Gramin Skill Development Mission portal www.graminskill.com by following due online registration processes and terms and conditions as specified under respective portals.
