Eligibility
|
• Should be a Registered Proprietorship / Partnership Firm/ LLP/ Private Limited Company / Public Limited Company is active and operational continuously anywhere in the country for the last five years on the date of application.
|
• Large Federations who are registered in Rajasthan for at- least 10 years at the time of application
• Industrial associations and their district chapters who are registered in Rajasthan for at- least 10 years at the time of application
|
• Universities or eminent government aided colleges/Institute who have adequate infrastructure to conduct training and have placement linkages.
• Should have been University colleges/Institute with at-least 3 years of experience
• Affiliate colleges meeting the eligibility criteria can also apply

Turnover
|
Minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 100 cr.
|
No specific turnover, however, minimum member in Federation / Industrial Association should be at-least 100 industry members. The total turnover of the members of such federations should be more than Rs. 150 cr.
|
Have an annual income of at- The applying University colleges/Institute should be UGCIAICTE/MCI affiliated at the time of application and should least Rs. 2.50 cr. (for private universities/ colleges/Institute).

Placement
|
• Commitment to train minimum 500 candidates per year or minimum 80 % placement of the sanctioned target
• Placement linkages with more than 10 employers or Capacity of 100 Captive Placement per year.

Prio Experience
|
Should have minimum 400 total placements in last 3 years OR Capacity of 100 Captive Placement per year.
For Sector Specific Industry Placement is not mandatory.

|
Type of courses
|
Any NSQF course curriculum with better prospect for wage placement.
Any proposal interested in captive wage placement.
Any special course which RSLDC has not executed in the past or executing very less than desired & having better prospect of wage placement.

Processing fee
|
Processing fee of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only) Non – Refundable. Demand Draft on the Name of "Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation" Payable at Jaipur.
|
|
Performance Security
|
Performance Security Deposit of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) per Skill Development Center (SDC) at the time of signing of MoU for Empanelment after release of Sanction Order.
