Eligibility criteria -
A.Title: Providing training to nearby village youth for appearing in various armed forces / paramilitary / police recruitment process of State & Center Govt.
B. Scope of Work: Residential training program shall be organized by the Agency-Regional Training Centre Bilaspur of centre for Entrepreneurship development (CEDMAP) which is also known as Chhattisgarh Centre for Entrepreneurship Development
1) Number of participant's intake per batch: 30
2) Duration of Training: 400 Hr. in 02 Month
3) Mode of Training: Residential Training
4) Age: Minimum 17 and 1/2 Year
5) Training Venue: Pipranar (Sonthi) CG
C. Trainees Selection: Trainees / Participants shall be selected from nearby villages of NTPC-Sipat preference shall be given to Land Oustee of NTPC-Sipat. CEDMAP shall conduct various camps/counselling for mobilization & selection of trainees in target villages.
D. General Terms and Condition:
a) Total cost includes training cost (Training fee, Training Kit, Uniform, Shoes), Lodging and Boarding Cost), selection mobilization cost.
b) Agency has to provide uniform (double pair)+ Shoe (Double pair)+ Sports Uniform (Single Pair) + I Card to each trainees.
c) Menu for meal arrangement: Breakfast (Any one from Puri / Poha / Odli / Bada / Paratha + Tea), Lunch & Dinner (Rice + Roti + Dal + One Sabji + Achar + Papad + Salad), Tea in first half & in Evening. Weekly Feast: PaneerSabji / Non-Veg + Kheer/Sweet) one time in dinner.
d) All the residential arrangement including safety & security will be done by agency.
e) All the trainees shall be insured during the training period (for Medical 20,000/- and for Accidental 1,00,000/-)
f) Consent of selected trainees shall be taken by agency.
g) Appropriate action for branding of NTPC for training programme and source of funding along with logo of NTPC shall be displayed at prominent places during the training period.
h) Project Duration – 2 Month
