Eligibility criteria -
1. Title:- Livelihood Development Program to youth under skill development program in 01 tourist destination of Madhya Pradesh.
2. Scope of Work:- A technical and financial proposal is invited for 01 tourist place Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh. Following activities are expected to be undertaken by your organization in organizing these programs:-
1. The PIA will also be responsible for conducting baseline survey and identify 150-200 prosperous aspirants in / around selected tourist destination of M.P.
2. The PIA will have to share detail time line and action plan in 07 days.
3. To balance economic development of villages adjacent to tourist area and increase per capita income.
4. To promote sustainable livelihood of youth in the age group of 18 to 40 years residing in these villages by identifying 20 villages.
5. Connecting youth to self-employment/employment as per their interest.
6. To promote peace in the region while reducing the problem of unemployment.
7. To create an environment for local youth to get the benefits of government schemes.
3. Area of skill development program:- 1. One tourist place Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh
2. Project Duration 01 Month.
4. Expected Outcome:- 1. With the implementation of the above action plan, an atmosphere of peace will be established in the tourist place and its adjoining areas.
2. The youth of 20 villages near the tourist spot will get employment.
3. By making such youth of 20 villages near the tourist place who want to become self-sufficient by setting up self-employment, through one-day entrepreneurship awareness camp, help the youth to identify suitable self-employment opportunities for themselves according to the local demand and resources. Along with guidance, cooperation will also be provided for one year on the problems faced in the establishment and operation of their enterprises through hand holding support.
4. With the establishment of these self-employment units at the local level, not only the youth participating in this program will get employment, but other regional youth will also get additional employment opportunities in these self-employment units. Also, judicious use of local resources will enable the regional people to get a fair price for the goods produced by them. As a result, qualitative improvement in the economy and standard of living of tourist places and surrounding villages will be possible.
5. With the implementation of the above action plan, a minimum target has been fixed to provide employment to at least 20 youth per tourist spot and to connect 40 youth with self-employment. It will be a continuous effort by CEDMAP that by connecting maximum number of youth with employment/self-employment, they can be made self-reliant so that their livelihood can be enhanced.
5. General Terms and Condition:- 1. Project Implementing Agency (PIA) has to identify 20 villages around selected tourist destination of M.P.
2. The project fund should be utilized on schedule tribe (ST) beneficiaries only.
3. The PIA will be fully responsible for conducting job fair / entrepreneurship camp in selected tourist destination of M.P.
4. The PIA will be responsible to prepare case all trainee linked with any ongoing government schemes of bank to start their enterprises.
5. The PIA has to ensure at least 40 candidates linked with employment / self-employment at the end of the program and also submit 06 month tracking report of linked candidates.
6. The PIA should not associate its participation in the scheme for any work which has conflict of interest in the implementation of the scheme.
7. The PIA has to ensure coordination with district administration and concern department, a suggestive work and reporting formats.
8. The PIA has to submit period progress report, pictures, video and other details in soft and hard copies.
9. Taxes will be levied as per the law.
10. Training will be conducted as per recent COVID-19 guidelines issued by Govt.
11. Any circular / order related to scheme, issued time to time by the government, will be applicable.
