Eligibility Crateria -
1. The applicant should have registered office in Andhra Pradesh Relevant proof along with selfdeclaration
2. Should have average annual turnover minimum of 50 Lakhs in 3 years in last 5 years.
3. The applicant should have successfully executed at least 2 projects related to skill development/training.
4. The applicant should have trained:- 1000+ candidates traine in the last 3 financial years, 100+ candidates trained in the last 3 financial years of the proposed job roles
5. The applicant should have training centre in Andhra Pradesh.
1. Pre-Qualification Criteria for Category A Applicants (Private TPs)
1. Criteria :- The applicant should be a registered legal entity in India and should have 3 years of existence as on EOI Publishing date
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration Copy of PAN Copy of GST
2. Criteria :- The applicant should have registered office in Andhra Pradesh
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Relevant proof along with selfdeclaration
3.Criteria :- The applicant should have minimum average annual turnover of ₹50 Lakhs in any three (3) financial years during last five (5) financial years (FY 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22)
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Copy of audited balance sheets, profit and loss statements along with the Turnover Certificate duly certified by chartered accountant as per the format given at Annexure 04
4. Criteria :- The applicant should have successfully executed at least 2 projects related to skill development/training (physical classroom training) with any state/ central govt. departments/ organizations in any three (3) financial years during last five (5) financial years (FY 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019- 20, 2020-21, 2021-22)
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Copy of work orders/ project competition certificates/ payment confirmations issued by the sanctioning authority along with the format given at Annexure 05(a)
5. Criteria :- The applicant should have trained at least 1,000 candidates (physical classroom training) in any three (3) financial years during last five (5) financial years (FY 2017- 18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22)
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Details of trained candidates as per the format given at Annexure 05(b)
6. Criteria :- The applicant should have trained at least 100 candidates (physical classroom training) in the proposed job roles in any three (3) financial years during last five (5) financial years (FY 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019- 20, 2020-21, 2021-22)
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Details of trained candidates in proposed job roles as per the format given at Annexure 05(b)
7. Criteria :- The applicant should have at least 1 training centre in Andhra Pradesh which has at least 1 classroom and 1 lab with proper infrastructure and equipment for the proposed job role in Andhra Pradesh
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Copy of ownership deed/ active lease/ rental agreement of the training center along with the format given at Annexure 06 Images of the training center consisting of classrooms, labs, etc. TC accreditation Certificate in case of Skill India Accredited training centers
8. Criteria :- The applicant should have at least 1 trainer certified by the respective Sector Skill Councils for each proposed job role
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Copy of valid SSC certification along with CV of the proposed trainer as per format given at Annexure 07
9. Criteria :- The applicant should have minimum 2 Industry tie-ups for providing placements to the trained candidates for each proposed job role
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Copy of MOU/ MOA/ Joint Venture Agreements along with the format given ay Annexure 08
10. Criteria :- Applicant should not have been blacklisted from participation in tenders/ bids by any State Govt. dept. /Central Govt. dept./PSU

2. Pre-Qualification Criteria for Category B Applicants (New TPs)
1. The applicant should be a registered legal entity in India and should have min. 1 year of existence as on EOI Publishing date
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration Copy of PAN Copy of GST
2. Criteria :- The applicant should have registered office in Andhra Pradesh
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Relevant proof with self-declaration
3. Criteria :- The applicant should have minimum average annual turnover of ₹20 Lakhs in any three (3) financial years during last five (5) financial years (FY 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22)

3. Pre-Qualification Criteria for Category C Applicants (Central/State Govt./PSU Institutions in AP)
1. Criteria :- The applicant should be a registered legal entity in India
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration
2. Criteria :- The applicant should have at least 1 training centre in Andhra Pradesh which has at least 1 classroom and 1 lab with proper infrastructure and equipment for the proposed job role in Andhra Pradesh
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Details of training center as per the format given at Annexure 06 along with images of the training center consisting of classrooms, labs, etc.
3. Criteria :- The applicant should have at least 1 trainer certified by the respective Sector Skill Councils for each proposed job role

4. Pre-Qualification Criteria for Category D Applicants (Industry)
1. Criteria :- The applicant should be a registered legal entity in India and should have 3 years of existence as on EOI Publishing date
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration Copy of PAN Copy of GST
2. Criteria :- The applicant should be in the business of extractive, manufacturing, or service delivery in AP
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Copy of Trade License and relevant supporting document
3. Criteria :- The applicant should have registered office in Andhra Pradesh
Mandatory Supporting Document/s :- Relevant proof along with selfdeclaration
4. Criteria :- The Bidder should have at least 100 employees on its pay rolls as on proposal/bid submission date Self-declaration from Company HR/ Company Secretary 5. Minimum average annual turnover of ₹1 Crore in any three (3) financial years out of last five (5) financial years (FY 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22)

6. Criteria :- The applicant should have at least 1 training centre in Andhra Pradesh which has at least 1 classroom and 1 lab with proper infrastructure and equipment for the proposed job role in Andhra Pradesh

8. Criteria :- Applicant should declare that there is demand for the proposed job roles and they shall provide captive employment to min 90% of successfully certified candidates
