Eligibility Criteria:-
1. Eligibility and qualification of the bidder
Technical Capacity Eligibility criteria for applying the Request for Proposal for conducting Skill training under DAV- NULthe under the ESTEP component.
I. Must he a Skill India Poo-al SMART Portal registered Training Provider / Partner (cremated for Go. Institutes)
II. Should have experience in conducting skill development training under PIMICVNo- any other Pure funded scheme in the State.
III. The total number of pages for dm proposal shall be maximum of 100 pages (for individual proposal =annum of 80 pages) with duly signed on every page.
IV. The proposal should be indexed well along with page numbers.. submission of proposals rothom a proper index shall lead to cancellation.
V. The selected Training Providers will ave mobilize candidates from the list shared by *rentals Municipal Corporation and Mohan, municipal Council to inform the District Skill Committees (DSC) about the relining program.
VI. The proposal shall be rejected at this stage if it fails to achieve the minimum technical score of MA out of 100 from the technical section
2. Eligibility / Pre-Qualification Criteria
The bidding agency must be able to meet Me following criteria for qualifying to participate in the proposal. The bidder, as part of Me proposal must submit required documents to demonstrate qualification for the tender.
1. Particulars:- The Applicant must be a NSISC Training Partner or registered Training Provider

2. Particulars:- The Applicmt must be a Government Mahn. / Company/ Firm/ Society/ TruM Proprietorship
Supporting documents to be scanned and uploaded by the bidder :- Certified copy of incorporation
3. Particulars:- Agency must not be blacklisted by any Government (Central or State) or PSU in India

4. Particulars:- The participating agency should have ToT unified trainers. All CVs and experience m.ficates has to be duly signed by candid. (For each joh role shall be attached)

5. Particulars:- The participating agency should have Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) certified trainer

6. Particulars:- Past Experience in conducting Skill Development training will be 'preferred.

7. Particulars:- The participating agency must have setup training centre with . caning facilities for conducting training. Original Notarized Premise Ownership document The participating agency must have all ready Course curriculurn/ NSQF aligned Bengali version Particle handbooks and session plan of the job roles which are applied

8. Particulars:- The participating agency must have valid 0.1T document and placement tie up letters along with satisfactory entrepreneurship support methodology

9. Particulars:- Somme story of previously trained candidates

10. Particulars:- Certified that provisions of the E tender have been fully understood and we mice the responsibility for successful completion of the ,p,roject in a ti,r7,1T,urnd m,aon,, neunif targets are allocated by Certified copy with duly authorized signatory Certified St there is no duplication of efforts with existing schemes of other Ministries/ Departments if , project is sanctioned under Directorate of Skill Development .

i. After selection of the suitable fine/firms, the amount of EMD shall be refunded to the unsuccessful Bidders. The ENID of the successful Bidder(s) shall he retained by the Authority till the completion of the assignment.
ii. No cost variatieMprice emulation shall been entertained (not payable).
iii. The selected bidder(s) shall be empanelled with DSO
