Eligibility & Criteria –
1. The bidder I'm the purpose of the Imitation for RFP document should be a Legal Business Entity as below: A Business Entity A Proprietorship firm registered under the Rajasthan Shops & Commercial Establishments Act, 1958 or a similar Act of any other State/ Union, as applicable
OR
A partnership Jinn registered under Indian Partnership Act, 1932. OR A Limited Liability Partnership registered under Indian Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008
OR
A company registered under Indian Companies Act, 1956 (Note: A self-certified declaration regarding the non- applicability of registration to any Act should be submitted by the bidder) (JV / Consortium of maximum 02 legal entities shall be allowed)
2. Average Annual Turnover of the bidder during last three consecutive financial years shall be at least 01 Cr.
3. The bidder should must have a positive net-worth in last three years.
4. Bidding firm should have more than 100 People on payroll in the Consulting/Advisory division payroll for Govt.
5. The bidder must have successfully completed or engaged in at least two Skill Development Study / Assessment in PMU/MSME Projects / Social Sector having similar scope / services as per the Scope of Work) each of value INR>= 25 lakhs for any State / Central Government Organization / PSU / International donor agencies (World Bank, ADB, JICA etc.) / Private agency / CSR supported Projects in India, during the any last three financial years i.e. 2019-20, 2020-21 & 2021-22
6. Tax registration and clearance: The bidder should have a registered number of a) GSTN where his business is located b) Income Tax/ PAN number
7. Certifications: The bidder should possess, preferably, at the time of bidding, a valid 1St) 9001:2015 certification.
8. The bidder should not have been blacklisted or debar by any State / Central Government or their agencies or Public Sector Undertakings (PSIJs) as on bid submission date for corrupt, fraudulent or any other unethical business practices or for any other reason and other mandatory undertaking as mentioned in pre-qualification/eligibility criteria of this bid document.
