Tender Discription - RSLDC Invites two cover Bid Online from the Eligible Bidders for Providing the Services of Security Guards on Contract Basis

Eligibility & Criteria :-
1.Organization Incorporated & Registered in India since last 3 Year
2.Annual Turnover not less than 40 lakhs
3.Experience in outsourcing the service in job base contract or man power supply
4.Firm should have experience of employing about 250 security guards
1. Parameters :- Whether bidder is incorporated & registered in India Under the India Companies Act in operations in India since at least 3 years.
Document Required :- Annexure T-1 Company Registration Certificate Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Article of Association.
2. Parameters :- The Bidder is not black listed/debarred by any Depatment/organization/board /undertaking /corporation of Central / State Govt.
Document Required :- Annexure T-2 (A Self-certified letter by the designated official of the responding company Performa annexure-C
3. Parameters :- The Bidder should have annual turnover not less than Rs. 40 Lakh (Rupees Forty Lakh ) oer year should be form HR services/Security Guard in preceding three financial years.
Document Required :- CA certified copy of the Audited profit and loss account/Balance sheet /annual report of the last three financial years in the absence of audited statements may be submitted.
4. Parameters :- The bidder should have aggregate net profit and positive net worth for last three Financial Years as revealed by audited balance sheet
Document Required :- CA Certified copy of the audited profit and loss account / balance sheet annual report of the last three financial years In the absence of audited statements for the last year provisional statement may be submitted.
5. Parameters :- Experience in similar line of business of more than three years towards outsourcing the service in Job base contract / man power supply .
Document Required :- Copy of Contract /Clied letter ( Certified & Self –Attested)
6. Parameters :- The Firm should have experience of employing about 250 security guards with any Govt. / Board / Corporation etc.in one financial years for Past Two Years.
Document Required :- Copy of Contract And successful completion letter by concern client.
