Eligibility & Criteria :-
1. Annual turnover during last financial years should be at least 1 Cr.
2. Bidding firm should have more than 100 People in the Consulting division on pay roll.
Basic Requirement - Legal Entity
Specific Requirements - The Bidder must be : A Proprietorship firm registered under the Rajasthan Shops & Commercial Establishments Actr 1958 or a similar Act of any other State/Union,as applicable
OR
A partnership firm registered under Indian Partnership Act, 1932
OR
A Limited Liability Partnership registered under India Limited Liability Partnership Act,2008/
OR
Acompany registered under Indian Companies Acy,1956
Basic Requirement -Tex registration and clearance
Specific Requirements - The bidder should have a registered number ber of :
a) GSTN where his business is located
b) Income Tax/PAN number
Basic Requirement - financial Tumover
Specific Requirements - Average Annual Turnover of the bidder during last three consecutive financial year shall be at least 01 Cr.
Basic Requirement - Net Worth
Specific Requirements - The Net worth of the lsst 3 years of bidder must be positive
Basic Requirement - Certifications
Specific Requirements - The bidder should possess, preferably at the time of bidding a valid ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Basic Requirement - Experience
Specific Requirements - The Bidder must have successfully completed or engaged in at least two skill Developmentn Study / Assessment in PMU/ Projects/Social Secter having similar scope/services (as per the Scope of Work ) each of value INR>=25 LAKHS FOR any State/Central Government Organization/PSU/ Intermational donor agencies (World Bank, ADB, JICA etc.) Private agency and/or CSR supported Projects in India, during the any last three finacial years i.e. 2019-20,2022-21 & 20221-22.
Basic Requirement - Resources/Staff
Specific Requirements - Bidding firm should have more than 100 peple division on payroll for Govt.
