Eligibility –
- The bidder should be a Legal Business Entity as below :- For the purpose of this Invitation for BID-DOCUMENT, a Business, Entity Shall mean a company registered in India under the Companies Act, or a partnership firm register under the Limited Limited as on 31/03/2022 .\
Document required :- Certificate of Incorporation
- The bidder should either have executed or executing at least one operational residential facility for any State/CentralGovernment or their agencies or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) or at least 1 year experience in MSC Service for at least 500 candidates in India within the last 3 year.
Document required :- Documentary evidence
- Valid PAN card and GST REGISTRATION IN India.
Document required :- GST certificate and PAN card Detaiuls.
- The bidder should have a minimumn7 cr. Annual turnover in the last 3 financial years. Also the bidder should have positive net worth.
Document required :- CA certificate and copy of audited balance sheet
- The bidder should not been blacklisted or debar by any state / Central Government or their agencies or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) as on bid submission date for corrupt, fraudulent or any other unethical business practices or for any other reason.
Document required :- Undertaking signed by authorized signatory
- The Bidder should submit a Power of Attorney of authorized representative .
