Eligibility –
Technical & Financial Proposal should be submitted online on e-tender portal
- Bidders are required to make an offline payment for the cost of bidding document. The requisite tender fees of Rs. 2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Only)+GST (non-refundable) shall be paid in form of a demand draft in favor of “Uttarakhand Skill Development Society (STRIVE) Dehradun” should be enclosed with the Technical Proposal; failing which the proposal will be rejected. Online bids must be accompanied by the electronic scanned copy of the demand draft for the amount as mentioned. This demand draft in original shall be submitted either by registered post or by hand in the office of Project Director, Govt. ITI(W) Campus, Survey Chowk, 26 EC Road, Dehradun on or before the date mentioned in the tender time schedule. Failing to do so, the bids will be declared non-responsive.
- Earnest Money Deposit amounting to Rs. 30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) shall be paid offline in form of Demand Draft/FDR/Bank guarantee in favor of “Uttarakhand Skill Development Society (STRIVE) Dehradun”, should be uploaded along with the Technical Bid on the e-Portal. The EMD will be returned back to the unsuccessful bidders after completion of selection process/signing of Contract with successful bidder. Online bids must be accompanied by the electronic scanned copy of the Draft/FDR/Bank guarantee for the amount as mentioned. Original Draft/FDR/Bank guarantee should be submitted in the office of Project Director, Govt. ITI(W) Campus, Survey Chowk, 26 EC Road, Dehradun Uttarakhand as per time schedule. Failing to do so, the bids will be rejected.
- As per Section-4 of the Bid document the financial proposal submission form FIN-1 and BOQ shall be submitted by the bidder in the financial Bid. No financial information should be submitted by the bidder in the Technical Bid. If any financial information is submitted by the bidder in the technical Bid, the Bid may be rejected.
- In addition to above, a successful bidder has to submit an amount equal to 10% of the total Contract Value as Performance Guarantee in form of Demand Draft in favor of “Uttarakhand Skill Development Society (STRIVE) Dehradun” before awarding contract. The same will be retained by the Client and will be returned after 6 months of the successful completion of the Contract.
