Eligibility
Any Experienced Training provider, Not-for-profit organization, For- Profit Organization Who have 3 years’ experience of community development, Self- Employment/ Agricultural or Livelihood based training programmes under Various Govt. departments.
- Any registered Not-for-profit organization under Indian Societies
Registration Act, India Trust Act, Co-operative act.)

- In case the ITR has not been field for the submitted / claimed financial Year , the financial statements for the particular financial year will not Be considered for eligibility & evaluation. It is mandatory to submitv
- ITR for the financial year for which average turnover has been Claimed by the applicant .
- Minimum average turnover of INR 1.00 crores during latest 3 Consecutive financial year since FY 2018-19 till FY 2020-21. (theTurnover should be should be supported with CA certificate specifying annual And average turnover in original, audited financial statement along with audit report and submitted ITR for the relevant final years) .

- Minimum employee strength of 30 employee as on 31st March 2021 (ESI/PF return submitted by the employer for Quarter ending March 2021) .

- For the Financial year for which average turnover has been claimed by The applicant.
- The organizations applying to this EOI will be considered only if they Commit minimum 70% self-employment / employment of the trained Candidates and support them for 3 months after the training .
- The agency should have its own web-based monitoring system (MIS) For the project implementation and tracking of candidates. Submit the Screen shot and portal URL link with guest user ID and password with

• An applicant organization should be eligible to work in a region and should not be blacklisted by any donor agency/ State Government/Central Government/competent authority.
All pages of the detailed proposal and documents shall be duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the Applicant/Agency
