Criteria - 1. Organization Details: Applicant Organization is Registered for more than 5 years.
Mondatory Document - Certifi cate of Incorporation. Copyof PANcard GST Registration Number.
2 Financial Cepability: Average turnover should beminimum I Crore in past three Financial years (FY 2018-19, Z}L}-ZO and2O20-21).
Mondatory Document - Certificate of the same verified by a Regi stered Chartered Accountant with membership number should be submitted along with copy of audited P&L A/c and B/Sheets of all three years FY's (?0 I 8- 1 9, 2At9-20, 2A2A-21)
3 Experience: Experience in conducting Tracer Studies or Impact Assessment studies or other zuch studies for any State/Central Government department/organizatiorq for completion of at least three projects having minimum Contract Value of INR 25 lakhs each in the last 5 Financial years (FY 2016-17, 20 17 -18, 20 I 8- 19, 20 I 9 -20 and 20ZO -21)
Mondatory Document - Workorder wise, copy of work order AND Completion Certifi cate i ssuedby CI ient, mentioning the confact name, contact value, date& year of awand and date & year of completion of project.
